In Salon Cancellation Policy
If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client in this time. If you simply do not show up, you will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the booked appointment and if you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the entire booking. Please ensure you are on time for your appointment as a courtesy to the client that follows. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee we will be able to complete your treatment for you. If your treatment is unable to be completed due to being late, the above cancellation policy will apply and deposit will be lost. Any payment or deposit paid for your appointment is non-refundable and will be placed on an account with us. This is transferable and can be used for future appointments or product purchases.

After you have received a quote from us, we require a 20% (non-refundable) Booking Fee to confirm your booking and secure your date. The Booking Fee is non refundable. The balance is due no later than 1 week before your wedding date via bank deposit or online payment. Please note once you have paid your deposit and your booking is confirmed this means that you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Pricing is specified on your quote and invoice. Travel pricing is subject to change with rising costs. If you have already paid your deposit then you retain the rates for makeup and hair quoted at the time of booking.
If a client cancels a wedding within 12 weeks of the booking 100% is payable, anything before that and after 1 month of booking your wedding, then 50% is payable. If the client cancels soon after the booking (within 1 month) there is an additional administration fee of $100.
All amendments to bookings can generally be fitted in and we are happy to try our best to work around any changes. However we do need these locked in 3 weeks before the event for the timing of your day.
Travel is inclusive for the first 5 kilometres from B's Beauty Hub to the booking address. For bookings beyond 10 kilometres from B's Beauty Hub we do charge $1.60 per kilometre, per stylist, according to google maps. Please remember this as a return trip. We are more then happy to take on destination weddings, keeping in mind that all expenses (flights, accommodation, hire car etc) will need to be covered.
Should we need to be on location before 7am there will be a fee of $85 per hour, per stylist.
Events falling on Public holidays may incur an extra fee.
We are not under any circumstances responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The falls upon the client to notify us if you or anyone in your group has particular sensitivity that you are aware of. We will be happy to use your products that you are familiar with.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide makeup and hair services for your booking we will notify you as soon as possible and make every attempt to secure another stylist in our place. There will be no monetary compensation for change of stylist. If there is no replacement we will refund you.
We do not offer refunds for any completed makeup and hair services. If there are any issues please notify us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation.
