In Salon Cancellation Policy

​

If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.

 

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking.

  • Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will incur a 100% fee of the total booking.

 

 

Please ensure you arrive on time as a courtesy to the client following your appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your full treatment can be completed.

 

If your treatment cannot go ahead due to lateness, the above cancellation policy will apply and any deposit paid will be forfeited.

 

All payments and deposits are non-refundable. Any amount paid will remain on your account as a credit, which can be used toward future appointments or product purchases.

Gift Vouchers

 

  • Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated and cannot be redeemed after this date.

  • B’s Beauty Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers and cannot replace them.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

  • Must be used by one person only.

Weddings & Events

​

A 10% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date following your quote.

 

The remaining balance is due no later than 2 working days prior to your event via bank transfer or online payment.

 

By paying your booking fee, you are confirming your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

 

  • Pricing is as per your quote and invoice.

  • Travel pricing may be subject to change due to rising costs. Once your booking fee is paid, your service rates are locked in.

 

 

Cancellations:

  • Within 12 weeks of your booking: 100% of total booking is payable

  • After 1 month of booking but outside 12 weeks: 50% payable

  • Within 1 month of booking: $100 administration fee applies

Amendments:

We will always do our best to accommodate changes; however, all booking details must be finalised 2 weeks prior to your event.

 

Travel:

  • Charged at $1.95 per km (return), per stylist - Travel pricing may be subject to change due to rising costs. Once your booking fee is paid, your service rates are locked in.

  • Destination weddings require all expenses covered (flights, accommodation, transport, etc.)

 

 

Surcharges:

  • Start times before 7:00am: 15% surcharge per stylist

  • Public holiday weekends: 15% surcharge on total invoice

Contractors, Bridal Parties & Content Ownership

​

B’s Beauty Hub works with both employees and independent contractors to deliver services.

 

All work completed under B’s Beauty Hub, including services provided for bridal parties, events, or in-salon treatments, remains the property of B’s Beauty Hub.

 

This includes (but is not limited to):

 

  • Photographs

  • Videos

  • Social media content

  • Marketing material

  • Any imagery or content created during employment or contracted work

 

 

By engaging with B’s Beauty Hub (as a client, bridal party member, staff member, or contractor), you acknowledge and agree that:

 

  • B’s Beauty Hub retains full ownership and usage rights of all content created under the business.

  • Content may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

  • Any individual (including past staff or contractors) must obtain written permission from B's Beauty Hub to use, repost, or retain such content for personal or business use outside of B’s Beauty Hub.

  • Where required, B’s Beauty Hub reserves the right to request removal of any content belonging to the business.

Contractor Agreement, Client Bookings & Continuity of Service

​

Where services are provided by independent contractors and/or staff, the following applies:

 

  • A minimum of 3 months’ written notice is required by either party to terminate any contractor agreement. This allows sufficient time to transition, manage bookings, and vacate any allocated space within B’s Beauty Hub.

  • During this notice period, all existing bookings must be honoured unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All client bookings made through B’s Beauty Hub are considered clients of the business, not the individual contractor.

  • In the event that a contractor ceases working with B’s Beauty Hub, all future bookings will remain with the business. B’s Beauty Hub will ensure that a suitable and qualified replacement stylist/therapist is arranged so that all services are delivered to the highest standard.

  • We are committed to ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Any changes will be communicated professionally, while maintaining client privacy and confidentiality at all times.

  • Contractors must not directly or indirectly solicit, redirect, or transfer clients away from B’s Beauty Hub.

  • All information relating to B’s Beauty Hub, including client details, bookings, business operations, pricing, and internal processes, is considered strictly confidential and must not be shared, disclosed, or used outside of the business at any time, including after the agreement has ended.

This is in place to ensure your experience with B's Beauty Hub remains smooth, consistent, and of the highest standard, while protecting client privacy and the integrity of our services.

Allergies

​

B’s Beauty Hub is not liable for any allergic reactions to products used during services.

 

It is the responsibility of the client to inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to their appointment. We are happy to use products you are familiar with if preferred.

Unforeseen Circumstances

​

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to arrange an alternative stylist.

 

If a replacement cannot be secured, a full refund will be provided. No additional compensation will be offered.

Refunds

​​

We do not offer refunds on completed services.

 

If you have any concerns, please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
